As a general guideline, the cost is approximately $2.00 per minute per headset, with discounts
available for multi-headset use, and longer sessions.

Here are some examples:

  • 15-minute VR experience: $30.00
  • 30-minute VR experience: $55.00
  • 60-minute VR experience: $99.00

We also provide scalable enterprise solutions tailored to your business needs, complete with

What is the downpayment amount needed when booking an event?

A downpayment of 50% is required upon finalizing the booking, with the remaining 50% due
upon the completion of the event.

EQUIPMENT & HYGIENE

How do I put on and adjust the VR headset?

One of our event coordinators will be on hand to guide you through the entire process. They
will show you how to properly put on and adjust the headset and introduce you to all its features to
ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

What happens if the equipment malfunctions during my session?

Most equipment malfunctions are quick and easy to fix. However, if there is a malfunction
that prevents us from proceeding, we will gladly rebook the event at no additional cost to you.

How do you ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the VR equipment?

We prioritize your health and safety by thoroughly cleaning all equipment using an alcohol-
based cleaning solution. This ensures that each piece of equipment is hygienic and ready for use in
every session.

Are there any restrictions on the use of VR equipment for individuals with certain medical conditions?

For safety reasons, VR headset use is generally recommended for individuals aged 10 and
older. Additionally, people with certain medical conditions, such as severe motion sickness, epilepsy,
or pre-existing eye conditions, should consult with a healthcare professional before using a VR
headset. If you have any concerns or specific medical conditions, please let us know, and we will work
to accommodate your needs.

Do I need to sign a waiver before participating in a VR experiences?

Yes, all participants are required to sign a waiver before engaging in VR experiences. We have
two different waivers: one for individuals aged 18 and older, and another for those under 18. If you
are under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign the waiver on your behalf.

Is there an age limit for VR experiences?

For safety reasons, VR headset use is generally recommended for individuals aged 10 and
older.

Can I use the equipment if I have motion sickness?

Yes, you can. While severe motion sickness may cause issues for some users, the impact
largely depends on the specific VR experience. For instance, experiences like riding a virtual roller
coaster may be more likely to trigger motion sickness, whereas walking through a virtual forest might
not have the same effect. We recommend starting with gentler experiences and seeing how you feel.

What happens if I damage the VR equipment during my session?

If the damage occurs due to inappropriate care or misuse of the equipment, you will be held
responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. We expect all users to treat the equipment
with respect and follow usage guidelines to prevent any damage.

possibilities available. If you can dream it, there is likely a VR experience for it!

How many games can I play during a session?

The number of games you can play during a session depends on the length of your session and
how many different games you choose to explore. Feel free to customize your session based on your
interests and time preferences!

Can I play multiplayer games with my friends?

Yes, you can! However, not all VR games offer multiplayer capabilities. The availability of
multiplayer mode depends on the specific game and the number of players. Be sure to check the
game’s details to see if it supports multiplayer play, and enjoy the immersive experience with your
friends!

Is there a limit on the number of people playing a game simultaneously?

The only restriction is the availability of the game on each headset. As long as the game
supports multiple players and there are enough VR headsets available, you and your friends can enjoy
